Creates a map from the locations in a given column.

Additional columns can be provided to affect the presentation of the map.

Each map you create must have a label, which can be any arbitrary string, in order to create a permanent url for the map that will be preserved even if you later make changed to the underlying map data.

If only a single column is passed it is assumed that there is no header present. If multiple columns are passed, it is assumed that the first row is a header row. The column containing the locations is assumed to be either (1) the column whose header is Location, or (2) the first column, or (3) the column indicator by the optional location_column_name param.

The following special columns will allow you to customize the presentation of the map:

Color: A color name or hex code (e.g. #ececec) for the marker representing the given location.
Icon: The name of an icon to render within the marker for a given location. Allowed names are any from https://www.mapbox.com/maki-icons/, e.g. "lodging" or "rail".
Type: The type of the feature in this row, one of marker, circle, line, geodesic. If omitted the row is assumed to be a marker.
Radius: If the feature type is circle, the radius in pixels.
Image: The url of an image to show in the infowindow when clicking on a feature.

Arbitrary custom columns can be passed, and their values will show in the infowindow that appears when you click on a marker.

For marker and circle features, the location value provided in each row can be either an address, a landmark name, or a latitude,longitude pair, as with most Geosheets functions.

For line and geodesic (great circle) features, the value in the location column in each row should be a series of locations each separated by a | symbol. For example, the location cell value could be

san francisco | chicago | boston

to draw a line between those cities, or

1 telegraph hill san francisco | 41.8339038,-87.8722396 | fenway park

to draw a line using a variety of ways to specify loctions.
